Students registered for individual courses participate in all the teaching and learning activities on their chosen course(s) and sit the required examination, however, they are not enrolled on any full degree programme at the University.
Anyone interested in taking individual courses will have to apply separately for acceptance on each course and will be required to comply with the same prerequisites for registration as other students.
Applicants for individual course will only be accepted, if there are places available on the course they are interested in.
The fee for individual course study is DKK 200/ECTS, which is due for payment before the course starts. This fee covers all course activities, including teaching, supervision, examination and resitting the examination.
Applicants are required to fill in individual course application forms, which are available in Faroese.
Full-time students at the University may take courses offered on other degree programmes free of charge.
